The Relay For Life (in SL, "SLRFL") is having it's annual fundraiser in SL! The event begins July 28th. SamBivalent Spork volunteered to build a whole sim for the event, and if you're here, you're looking for info on how to help! Thanks :)

New News! The sims are open for building! I sent out the list of names of people to invite to the SLRFL Designers Group, so we can all get in and build!

Terraforming has been started/nearly completed, and a rough framework is being assembled on site. I will be contacting folks with specific needs shortly. Thanks for all the support on this gargantuan project!

A Note From Sam:
Since The offers of help poured in as they did, the "vision" of the sim is morphing on the fly, as it were. I had originally intended to create most of the cave walls/cielings and place them when it came time to build. Since we have acquired so many talented sculptors on the team, it appears my workload will decrease dramatically (superthanks!). I still intend to do a good deal of the cave wall/cieling *placement* (to get the framework/overall shape of the build in place), but now with the addition of our wonderful sculptors, I'll be placing a good chunk of *your* work out there in the sim. In the interest of keeping the creators of the shapes/parts at the forefront, I have decided that donated sculpts should be donated as "Objects", rather than "Textures". I found that if I place someone elses sculpt texture into an object, my name shows up as the "Creator". I would much rather see your names in that slot (for those curious folks who pass through and check on who made what). Sooo... Long story short, If you're donating sculpts for me to place in the build, toss me an Object rather than just the Sculpt Texture. (Please make sure they are set to Mod/Copy)
As most of this build is made up of rocks and cave stuff, that is where I'll need the bulk of the help/donations - If you got rocks, or any pre built stuff that's rock-like, I'll be happy to use them!
And finally... Please forgive me for the quickness of throwing this page together. Some folks may be listed incorrectly as to their abilities (some I had to guess at). This also applies to the things I have you listed as volunteering for (In the overview, I took some liberties, and "volunteered" some folks for things you may not have *actually* volunteered for) If you notice any incorrectness, IM SamBivalent Spork, and I'll fix it up. :)
